GV 24 Meeting Table
7. RETURNS
7.1 General Returns
Customers should contact NorthBridge before returning any product.
Do not send products back without receiving return instructions from NorthBridge.
Returns may be accepted where permitted by applicable law and subject to the nature of the product, order, and circumstances.
Certain products may require special consideration, particularly:
customized products;
made-to-order products;
specially sourced products;
products manufactured according to customer specifications;
products that have been assembled or installed;
products damaged after delivery due to customer handling; and
products that cannot reasonably be resold due to their customized nature.
Where a statutory consumer right applies, that right will take precedence over any limitation in this Policy.
8. NON-RETURNABLE / SPECIAL-ORDER PRODUCTS
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, NorthBridge may be unable to accept cancellation or voluntary returns for products that have been:
customized specifically for the customer;
manufactured to customer specifications;
specially ordered or sourced at the customer's request;
altered, assembled, or installed at the customer's request; or
otherwise made unsuitable for resale due to customer-specific requirements.
For such orders, NorthBridge will communicate applicable terms before order confirmation wherever reasonably practicable.
9. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
For products where a voluntary change-of-mind return is offered, the product must generally be:
unused;
undamaged;
complete with accessories and components;
in its original condition; and
returned with original packaging where reasonably practicable.
Return shipping and other applicable costs may be the customer's responsibility where the return is not due to a defect, damage, incorrect item, or other circumstance for which NorthBridge is responsible, subject always to applicable law.
Important: A change-of-mind policy does not override statutory consumer rights.
10. REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, NorthBridge will process the refund using the original payment method where reasonably practicable, unless another method is agreed.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank, payment provider, card issuer, or other financial institution.
Where the law requires a refund, NorthBridge will comply with the applicable statutory requirements. The Consumer Protection Act 1999 expressly provides for refund in circumstances where a consumer exercises the statutory right to reject qualifying goods.
11. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Where the return is due to:
an incorrect product supplied by NorthBridge;
qualifying product damage attributable to delivery or fulfilment;
a qualifying defect; or
another circumstance for which NorthBridge is legally responsible,
NorthBridge will determine and, where applicable, arrange or reimburse reasonable return delivery costs in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances.
For voluntary returns or change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and related costs where legally permissible.
12. PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Where a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty or supplier warranty, the applicable warranty terms may apply.
Warranty coverage may vary according to the particular product.
Customers should retain their:
invoice;
receipt;
order confirmation; and
relevant warranty documentation.
A manufacturer's warranty does not remove or replace any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
13. CUSTOMIZED & COMMERCIAL PROJECT ORDERS
For commercial projects, bulk purchases, customized products, office fit-outs, or substantial corporate orders, NorthBridge may issue a separate:
Quotation / Purchase Order / Sales Agreement / Project Agreement
containing specific terms relating to:
specifications;
quantities;
pricing;
payment milestones;
production;
delivery;
installation;
project schedule;
acceptance;
warranty;
cancellation;
return;
refund; and
other project-specific matters.
Where there is a conflict between this Policy and a separately signed written agreement, the applicable signed agreement will govern to the extent permitted by law.
14. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact NorthBridge as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests are subject to:
whether the order has already been processed;
whether procurement or manufacturing has commenced;
whether the product has been customized;
whether the product has already been dispatched; and
any applicable statutory rights.
For specially sourced, customized, or made-to-order products, cancellation may be subject to specific agreed terms, subject to applicable law.
15. PRODUCTS SOURCED FROM THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
NorthBridge may source certain products from manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, or other third-party suppliers.
Where appropriate, NorthBridge may coordinate with the relevant supplier regarding:
product availability;
warranty matters;
technical information;
replacement parts;
repairs; and
product-related claims.
However, NorthBridge remains responsible for fulfilling its own legal obligations to customers under applicable law.
16. DELIVERY OUTSIDE MALAYSIA
For international orders, additional costs and requirements may apply, including:
international freight;
customs duties;
import taxes;
customs clearance;
local charges;
insurance;
documentation; and
destination-country requirements.
Unless expressly stated in writing, customers are responsible for applicable destination-country taxes, duties, and import charges.
International delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs and other factors outside NorthBridge's reasonable control.
17. UNDELIVERABLE OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS
If a shipment cannot be delivered because the customer:
provides an incorrect address;
refuses delivery;
fails to collect the shipment;
is repeatedly unavailable; or
otherwise prevents delivery,
NorthBridge may contact the customer to arrange redelivery or another appropriate solution.
Additional delivery, storage, handling, or return-to-sender charges may apply where legally permissible.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
NorthBridge will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters;
severe weather;
fire;
flood;
epidemic or pandemic-related restrictions;
transportation disruption;
supplier disruption;
government action;
customs delays;
strikes or industrial disputes;
war or civil unrest; or
major logistics or infrastructure disruptions.
NorthBridge will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of such circumstances and resume fulfilment as soon as reasonably practicable.

These charges will be communicated to the customer where reasonably practicable before such services are performed.
4. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
NorthBridge will not be responsible for delivery delays, additional delivery costs, or failed delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.
If an order must be redelivered because the customer provided incorrect information or was unavailable to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply.
5. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package or products upon delivery.
Where reasonably practicable, customers should check for:
visible damage;
missing packages;
incorrect products;
obvious defects; and
quantity discrepancies.
If visible damage or a shortage is identified at delivery, please notify the delivery personnel where possible and contact NorthBridge as soon as reasonably practicable.
Customers should retain photographs, delivery documentation, packaging, and other evidence that may assist with our assessment.

please contact NorthBridge promptly after discovering the issue.
Please provide:
Order number or invoice number;

Photographs or video where relevant; and
Photographs of the packaging where applicable.
NorthBridge will assess the matter and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with the applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements, an appropriate remedy may include:
repair;
replacement;
refund; or
another lawful remedy.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Malaysian law. Under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, qualifying rejected goods may entitle a consumer to choose a refund or replacement where the statutory requirements are met.
